hate this fad
not sure if this or NFTs was worse at least with those you could completely ignore it
On the bright side, this appears to have saved you from having to watch a Costco Guys video.
On the not-as-bright side, OP will be less equipped with material for a diss track, and will find himself unable to team up with Baby Gronk against Costco Guys and The Rizzler.
Absurd ass country
cw forced labor, etc.
I think the treat printers, especially as applied by late stage capitalism, are worse than NFTs and will have more persistence and do more lasting damage.
This will only get worse until leftists find some way to blow up data centers
I want to see what it can do with a 2-hour Contrapoints video essay.
Specifically her Jordan Peterson video.
That one got a little out of hand if I recall…
That one was hilarious and a beautiful train wreck, and is part of why I am genuinely sad that she has thrown in her lot with Democratic Party ghouls.
They’re doing the same thing they did with captcha and text OCR, they are crowdsourcing improvements to their AI by having people rate the output.
This means we have a duty to make sure we fuck them up as much as possible
Amazon introduced something similar and replaced their review search bar with it. Now instead of searching for “breaks” or “sucks” and finding out if a product is worth it, I have to click past a shitty AI description of what it thinks the product would like me to know about whether it breaks to get to the answers. No dumb fuck, I don’t trust the seller, that’s why I’m searching the reviews.
They have it for live streamed video chats as well. It does it meagre best to summarize what chat is popping off about at the moment. I don’t fucking get it, you can just read the chat? It’s right there? Who asked for this?
It’s just as useful there
AI is a bubble and it’s already starting to burst. What’s worse to me is the amount of thumbnails that use AI. If I see that in my feed it’s an instant “Do not Recommend”
the simulacra
I like the AI google results that talk about how delicious and safe death cap mushrooms are or whatever
Amazon started doing this a while ago and the result is such a bland and generic response that it doesn’t really do a good job swaying me either way of actually wanting the product and just seems like a complete waste of time and screen real estate.
I found a YouTube link in your comment. Here are links to the same video on alternative frontends that protect your privacy:
Good feature, sorry.
I sometimes download captions and then process it through any GPT to get a text walkthrough or summary.
