    Half the “results” it shows aren’t even results, but “similar”, “recommended”, “previously watched” etc bullshit. Luckily you can hide them. Download Stylus and make a style for youtube with this:

    ytd-shelf-renderer {
    display: none;
}

    Edit: actually you can just use uBlock Origin if you already have that (you should). Just add www.youtube.com##ytd-shelf-renderer to your filters.
