Some people just fat finger it too without intending to down vote.
My guess would have been strain relief if something tripped over the wire and pulled on it. Instead of putting pressure on the port on the car, it will instead put pressure on the knot by the tire.
But looking at the other answers I guess I was wrong lol.
Dear Lord, this cat is incredibly gorgeous.
At their cat fashion shows, do cat models strut on a cat walk or is it just called a walk at that point?
Thanks for the financial advice, trans rooster.
Every time I remember Mr. Rogers is dead, I get a little misty-eyed. The comfort his show brought me as a child was huge.
Why deal with float when you can use a table?
Hard relate. It really sucks and “active listening skills” do help a lot but it’s no substitute for just… Being able to follow along without incredible amounts of effort.
I feel like sometimes I get grace by brushing it off as “sorry I spaced out what did you say about XYZ?” but that only goes so far.
UTC, duh.
I was able to sit still just fine. Unfortunately, I would dissociate to be able to do this and as a result I had no idea what the hell was going on.
Thanks, random stranger!
The way this person isn’t wearing proper gear on a motorcycle is making me nervous, though. Stay safe, dress for the slide, not the ride. At least they’re wearing a helmet.
Wages, rights, safety, dirt
Fucking unions, how do they work?
Oh my, what a handsome and photogenic kitty.
I like the cute bread that styled itself like a pineapple.
They lied to us. The real Y2K was the CRT rapture.
Conversely, don’t chastise or put down anyone that does take shortcuts for fun things where it just doesn’t matter.
Very small things, but still things I needed to remember to do. Running it every day. Making sure to clean it every week. (Ice or garbage disposal cleaner) If I didn’t clean it, even after running it every day, it would smell. When my partner would clog it, I would have to fix it. (Again, it took little time.) Making sure nothing fell in there before I ran it every time. I would often find my measuring spoons or a fork in there. (It doesn’t really seem to matter to my family how many times I tell them not to leave small things in the sink.)
I recognize this is very little and it’s basically nothing for most people, but sometimes I have a very hard time keeping up with things and the garbage disposal is very out of sight, out of mind. The sink strainer is very visible.
I like the way the second article addresses how we shouldn’t force ADHD people to conform to neurotypical standards in the classroom.
However, in a world where survival is based on being able to get enough money to get housing and food, and the said acquisition of this money depends on performing in a world that is built for neurotypicals, you bet your ass that ADHD is a disability.
Numa numa iei!
