So far foil seems to be smoothing things out. Not great, it will take some fiddling with, but it’s working!
Yeah, no bed screws on this one. I’ll need to upgrade this bed at some point, that’s for sure. The foil is a good idea, I could put it under the PEI sheet in the front right to bring it up the smallest amount. I’d be able to bring my z-offset up a bit and have a semi-consistent first layer that way

Seeing as Palworld is backed by Sony and I believe Microsoft now, it’s not just Nintendo against Palworld. The Big 3 are all filthy rich and about to spend a lot of money fighting each other. I certainly wish Palworld the best and hope their new backers back them up to push for a win.
Costco’s optometrist said they couldn’t buff out the scratches on mine since they don’t actually use glass anymore. They use polycarbonate lenses which are strong and won’t shatter if broken (I’ve definitely tested this on accident…)

You can play any games you want, though? Throw an emulator on there and play all your old games. Install non-steam games, add them to Steam using its very easy to use “Add a non-Steam game” button, and play as normal.
Heck, if you don’t like Linux you can just install Windows on the thing.
Steam takes a lot of money and then turns around and invests it into the gaming community.
I found it quite fun. Very meta, more of a fun nod to the community
