My last fairphone died of a busted motherboard, which wasn’t replacable. Since then I am kinda sceptical about the “repairable” part.
can you not control it? is the lying a compulsion for you? I mean… the evidence of what I said is right there yet you insist I said something I clearly didn’t. it’s… very strange.
Why do you need to insult soneone who has veen nothing but respectful in their interaction with you? You refuse to commit, you are not discussing anything, you are provocing and trying to put down your conversation partner.
They don’t even sell the mainboards, so I would need to solder it myself or buy a new one.
I used to have a fairphone 3 actually, that’s the one that died. Liked being able to replace, almost, everything. But right now it’s a bit too expensive for me. Back then I had a better paying job. Thanks for the tip though.
I read a lot on my phone. I guess my budget is sub 500€ preferably less. Important are dual-sim and sd-card space. Secondary are replacable battery and 3.5 mm headphone jack. Edit: My last phone came with root access unlocked, that was very nice for installing open source stuff.
There is a very real power inbalance between teachers and students, that is a real problem that exists. I have seen teachers bully students they didn’t like, several times. The students often changed school, the teachers always stayed and still do.
Edit: I should read “pedagogy of the opressed”, I have the experience, but an actual analysis is important.
