• Tier: 1
  • Cost:  500
  • +45 Bonus Health
  • +3 Spirit Power
  • Is component of: Healing Nova
  • Passive: Grant Regen and Sprint Speed to the target. Gets dispelled if you take damage from enemy players or objectives. Can be self-cast.
  • 370 Total HP Regen
  • +2 m/s Sprint Speed (conditional)
  • 19s Regen Duration
  • 30m Cast Range
  • Cooldown: 64s

Side Note: I’m almost certain camps and minions don’t dispel this think it’s just the towers.

I used to take this over regen every time I had a hard lane but I’ve been taking regen more recently. Having to basically stay out of sight from the other team takes you out of the fight a bit too much in my opinion so I’d rather take regen and play more cautiously but have the continuous healing up.

Exception is on support ivy since I’ll upgrade it to healing nova but outside of support players I think regen is usually the better move.

I used to buy it a lot when I first started playing, now I almost never do. I much prefer regen items that don’t force passivity in lane and getting hit early after activating Healing Rite can be disastrous.

It’s very good if you’re planning on buying Healing Nova anyway though, and getting it instead of boots for the sprint speed for map movement is also a fair choice if you’re not intending to upgrade into Enduring Speed.

It’s definitely useful at times. A cheaper alternative to Fortitue for mid-game healing when rotating between camps/lanes/fights, as it similarly provides a burst of heal between any action allowing you to avoid having to go base for a full heal.

Also useful if laning with someone who refuses to stop diving when they’re at less than half health… Definitely mitigated how much a lane-mate feeds by popping it on them whenever possible.

On Yamato I’ve been preferring Restorative Shot and Enduring Spirit. The latter is especially nice as you get 10% spirit lifesteal super early. Huge on spirit heavy hitters like her.
