    Not at all! He’s likely in his mid to late seventies, doesn’t have a cane visible, his skin shows normative coloration, and has none of the usual signals of difficulties with oxygen. No tell-tale indentations around the nose from regular tube contact, nor does his facial hair or skin show the usual indications of c-pap or other mask use.

    Dude looks like someone in normal health for his age range. If I showed up at his house to take care of a patient, I would assume he was a family member, not the patient.
