I don’t think there is any commercially available macropad that allows remapping without compiling. A custom macro with a controller that runs MicroPython though, like the Raspberry Pi Micro, can be modified by changing the source code, so no extra software needs to be installed. If you have enough light, close your aperture to something like f10 or higher, and increase your ISO to some value where you’re comfortable with the noise, like 6400. Test different shutter speeds depending on the action that you’re trying to capture, but the small aperture will help with the focus.

Maybe try manual focusing too, at small apertures you can set a large focus plane that will capture all the action.

Relatively easy to whip up yourself for little money if you have access to a 3D printer and a soldering iron. Get a RP2040 development board for $2, 9 switches and keycaps and hand solder them directly, you don’t even need to source diodes.

Predicting behaviour based on patterns is a pretty common human ability, and wouldn’t you know it, they were right.

Usually the recommendation is to take short, no longer than 30 minutes naps. Supposedly, after 30 minutes you go into deep sleep and waking up will make you feel tired. I haven’t reviewed the scientific validity of the claims, but it has always worked for me.

I’m an avid reader and recently I tried reading The Watchmen, couldn’t finish it with how needlessly drawn out it is. I am sorry to fans of graphic novels, but if this the best there is in the genre I must say the whole genre feels pretty weak to me.

Being a bit pedantic, and could be wrong, but wouldn’t that make Namecheap your registrar only, which registers whatever nameservers you give it for the domain you own with the relevant gTLD entity?

If all was containerised, I’d recommend traefik for its impeccable container integration, but for a mix of bare metal and container services I’d go with Caddy.

A Raspberry Pi Pico 2 will be good enough to run Klipper, so the biggest difference to me seems to be the printing area, the touchscreen and the extra parts cooling fan. I couldn’t fit the larger Plus size on my desk, so I just bought the SV06 and intend to replace the stick fan with a single 5015 fan for now.

I also intend to install Klipper, but I mostly intend to use the web app, so the Ender 3-like screen will be fine for display purposes in my case.

In my opinion, get the Plus if you like the big printing volume and can fit it, otherwise the SV06 will save you some money and will leave plenty of opportunity for tinkering and improvements.

If he means like blaming farmers, who intentionally prevented the publication of research about how eating too much of the food they were producing would most likely kill people by causing diabetes, then yes, he has a point.
