I tried joining a tech instance but my application was rejected … I’m really not that interested in applying like it’s a job or something. (Though I understand lots of IRL groups have application processes)

No doubt these policies will bring short term (1 - 5 years) benefits, cheaper oil and less regulation is likely to reduce costs to consumers.

But long term, that’s when the more shit will hit the fan.

I use a £20 lidl usb c to hdmi dongle for the first monitor and then plugging in the 2nd monitor via the laptop hdmi port.

This gives 2 monitors plus the laptop screen - I’ve not used a usb c adapter with 2 hdmi, so not sure if it would work for 3 external monitors.

UWB looks very cool for finding things from the phone (without the tracker ringing). Samsung Smart tag 2 does this.

I’ve picked up a Moto tag that has UWB and works with Google’s find my network - my understanding is that this will work like apple air tags which can use any iPhone to report and track it’s location. Though it’s not doing all of these things just yet!
