Gotta look my best whether Im out in the fields planting or heading to the English coast to kill monks
ITS DONE! I stayed up all night and finished my latest tablet weave and its amazing. 75 inches long, its definitely my favorite so far.
Ooh good catch, I was so focused on the Marx I neglected the Odin
Tbf this has lots of potential on the pagan side, just not so much on the communism side.
I know Odin Marx is a bit that will have very little reach but god damn it I love him
I counsel you Loddfafnir, take this advice,
It will be useful if you learn it,
Do you good if you have it:
If the value of a coat is double that of 10 yards of linen,
20 yards of linen must have the same value as one coat.
So far as they are values, they are of a like substance.
Alright rock paper scissors poll
Choose the one you think will beat the highest voted option
Man this one is going fast, usually these take a lot of effort to focus on but this one is a breeze. I think Ive finally hit a good groove with my work. I think it also helps that I really love this pattern and coloring.
Happy May day!
Look at this asshole stealing my spot on the bed
Oh ok, I cant make anything that intricate but I came up with this
that sort of what you were thinking?
You could do that with brocading, but Im bad at that and it takes forever
If you mean something like this:
then thats not actually possible with how tablet weaving works. If you mean something else than idk.
Also had an idea for one with Palestine’s flag colors. You cant exactly make a single red triangle that changes into other colors with tablet weaving, since you can only have 4 threads on each card, so Instead I thought Id put a red knotwork pattern over black white and green stripes. You could probably get the correct effect with broccading, but since Im terrible at that and it would look weird on a long strap I think the continuous pattern is a better option.
I also made a more complicated version. Idk which I prefer tbh.
New project! We love knots folks!
