I dunno. I always believe the underdog with a lot to lose.

Pretty much exactly. I’m not sure why the justice department hasn’t just changed judges.
It’s okay, the rest of the federated instances do. So I’ll add a downvotes in kbin.
I remember reading about how the Nazi soldiers would beat small babies on rocks to kill them. I mean, it’s just orders right? And these people aren’t humans to conservative anyways
Socially progressive. I think most conservatives want a socially regressive AI.
Probably moral guidelines that are left leaning. I’ve found that chatGPT 4 has very flexible morals whereas Claude+ does not. And Claude+ seems more likely to be a consumer facing AI compared to Bing which hardlines even the smallest nuance. While I disagree with OP I do think Bing is overly proactive in shutting down conversations and doesn’t understand nuance or context.
You think the recent lbtq+ ruling at the supreme court level, the trans laws refusing healthcare to trans people, roe v Wade reversal, Florida’s removing trans minors from their families by force are not people having their right to exist questioned, then you are probably a republican. So that makes sense.
To be fair, people are having their right to exist being questioned, and some people just became second class citizens by law recently. It’s kind of a big deal.
As a guess I expect 10-30% price increases on GPUs considering the ongoing semiconductor shortage already…
It makes me wonder if we can create AIs that behave close enough to humans by adding an additional neurological baseline noise to the LLM training. Then throwing it in simulations to see whether social sciences might work. I’d be curious to see how true to life something like that would be as well.
A while ago, some researchers designed a game where chatGPT was assigned to characters and told to act and live like humans. It was interesting to watch. https://www.iflscience.com/stanford-scientists-put-chatgpt-into-video-game-characters-and-its-incredible-68434
Sounds like you’re making assumptions. And I’m telling you that it was profitable before purchase. It doesn’t matter where it would be today or where they were before being profitable because both of those things aren’t relevant.
In that case, how often is the lemme community updated on the kbin instance? Does it download updates every time the user visits?
Interesting so I can’t visit a Lemmy community as a magazine within kbin if I don’t have an account?
But how precisely did this happen? What agency was responsible and how was it… Acted upon? I’m trying to imagine this as a city worker, like was there a responsible crew for doing this? Who gave the initial order for it?
Twitter was profitable before Elon.
If it’s GPT4 though I might sell my soul for that kind of automation integrated into my PC…
Forspoken isn’t bad… As long as it’s played completely dubbed in Japanese with subs on. Obviously last of us 2 was really great, horizon is also very well acted, and very well done. I think it also is inclusive in a way that matters where some games just replace the protag with a woman, these games build it into narrative as well. In the same vein, I really liked life is strange (even colors to be honest)
Pretty much. It’s become far more normalized now to be openly fascist in public. Advertise how corrupt you are, it’ll win you votes.
Only things that entertain us are things we care about. As the world’s sorrows and tragedies grow by the day, everything from climate change to mass shootings of toddlers, we’re numb. The one thing that helped is that it was rich people, we all (except republicans apparently) want to eat the rich, and these guys said sure we’ll just go drown, they’re pretty much allies. Gotta celebrate that.
Um. Being hired again? She can be completely shut out of any earnings that she needs to survive whereas Linus has a fuck you amount of money. So…
