  • Well, although I’m not so sure about bumble, I know women on tinder have a volume problem, a few friends have shown me the number of matches and current conversations and wow, it’s actually absurd. I could not maintain that many interactions either. So perhaps if not an issue with formulating an opener there’s just too many matches to reasonably get through them?

That makes me actually wonder if a match limit would be a worthwhile feature on some of these. Just a stray shower thought

  • This is a wild turn one combo that will win if both players have the same starting life. Assume 20 life each, you play the first card to give you 3 green mana, you play the second card using 2 green mana. This card let’s you use 19 of your life for mana leaving you at 1 life and 19 manager + 1 from the previous card. You play the third card which gives you one red mana (totals are 20 green, 1 red) and finally now you can use the last card by paying one red and X (X can be any number you choose as long as you can pay it). In this case X is going to be 20, for the 20 green you had dealing a perfect 20 damage to the other player leaving them at 0 life and yourself at 1 life.

This combo works for whatever life total as long as yours is greater than or equal to Theirs

A lot of new tech is not as efficient or equally so at the get go. Learning how to properly implement and utilize it is part of the process.

Right now we are just throwing raw computing power in ML format at it. As soon as it catches and shows a little promise in an area we can focus and refine. Sometimes you need to use the shotgun to see the rabbits ya know?

  • I had an amazing 2 year relationship with a woman in a very conservative family. We were early 20s back then and we were damn near perfect for each other. I ended up having to break it off for reasons akin to what you mentioned. She was not allowed her own car, couldn’t choose her own job, was not allowed to move out unless it was to someone she married. We couldn’t sit on the same couch in her parents house and she had a 9pm curfew. Again, this is in her 20s.

Although she did not hold those values as rigidly, her family would’ve disowned her for doing anything outside their wants, and family was her everything. Because we couldn’t progress the relationship without jumping straight to marriage it just had to end. Really unfortunate TBH and I hope she’s gotten out of it to some degree. People shouldn’t have to live in such a way, being so controlled like that.

  • Oh yeah, I’m a badass mix of Jonny bravo and Evel Knievel. None have performed such a daring stunt. It all started when I was born, I realized I could be born first by cutting in front of my twin.

Then I continued my extreme sport as I grew, candy at trick or treat, using the potty, using the break down lane during construction. There was no end to my daring

This is my story, the man known as Aweso line gets cut

  • Really though, we were at the center of the tech boom growing up. VHS to live streaming. Physical media is retro in such a short time. It’s not even necessarily the advancements on their own (which saying were massive may be an understatement) but also the implementation and sociatal acceptance.

We went from “don’t talk to people on the internet, don’t meet with them, don’t give out personal information”, to literal non-stop blogging of all our life events to as many people who care to see it. This is not a lamentation, merely a statement to express how far things have changed in effectively one generation.

It moved so fast that even most 90s kids don’t have agreeable substance for “the way we did it” since it changed and developed so fast. People two years apart in the 90s can have radically different views of what it was like because it didn’t stay that way for any length of time. VHS to DVD to Blueray and streaming. XBox, Kinect, to VR. Calling, to Email, to AOL, to text, to smartphones and message apps. It was a wild burst of tech that was astonishing and ground shaking.
