The following Democrats [and one independent] voted to advance the Republican continuing resolution, which was backed by President Donald Trump:
- Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer
- Senator John Fetterman of Pennsylvania
- Senator Catherine Cortez Masto of Nevada
- Senator Brian Schatz of Hawaii
- Senator Dick Durbin of Illinois
- Senator Kirsten Gillibrand of New York
- Senator Gary Peters of Michigan
- Senator Maggie Hassan of New Hampshire
- Senator Jeanne Shaheen of New Hampshire
- Senator Angus King of Maine, an independent who frequently caucuses with Democrats
Cuck Schumer primary assfuck him immediately
unfortunately he cant be removed till the end of his term, but he can be removed as senate minority leader, immediately, and removed from all his committees. Lets see if the dems have the stones to do that. If they dont, they are all complicit.
Call your senator and ask them to remove him
Many Democrat peers are urging AOC to do just that.
How would she be able to do that?
It’s as complicated as filing two short forms with the FEC and raising a minimum of $5,000 specifically for a senate campaign.
So to answer your question, she would file 2 forms with the FEC + have someone give her $5k.
She can run for Schumer’s seat. She lives in NY, she’s been a citizen for over 9 years, and she’s over 30 years old. Those are the qualifications.
Schumer isn’t up for re-election.
He will be eventually. That’s the process to primary him.
His current term ends on January 3, 2029.
Today is March 14, 2025.
So today is the perfect time to start planning a campaign to replace them, the second best time being tomorrow.
At which point she could primary him. No one is saying this will happen overnight.
This was the only bit of leverage democrats had, the future of US democracy now lies with the judiciary, any future elections will be a farce.
He’s not up for re election.
