Kevin Rowley and Michael Drage were recorded by another driver’s dash-cam overtaking each other, slamming on their brakes and driving at excessive speeds.

12 months ban is not enough for people like this. So much of this is being captured by dash cams, and yet these people are still very prevalent on the roads.

    A road rage conviction should result in a lifetime ban or until a medical professional can certify that the person is mentally fit to drive.
