This is the first beef stroganoff post I’ve seen.
After that stupid beans crap ruined Lemmy for days I blocked every meme community I could; it sounds like this was the right move.
We need to bring back beans.
So I’m not the only one who found that beans crap to be irritating as fuck??? It was like hearing the same joke hundreds upon hundreds of times in a row. Why the hell were people entertained by it? The first few were amusing but it got old after less than an hour.

God I love beef stroganoff. Haven’t had it in years. My mom used to make it for dinner sometimes. What a delicious meal.
Me too. I made my own. Wife doesn’t like mushrooms or mushroom-adjacent foods. No more stroganoff. :(

1 box of Hamburger Helper.1 lbs. ground beef, brrowned. Add a can of tomato sauce, and half a cup each of diced green bell peppers and onion. Add 1 teaspoon each of garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and black pepper. 4 or 5 liberal splashes of Texas Pete.

Oh, plenty. I have 4 I can walk to in about 500 m, three of which are in the same direction. It’s just in NW EU, the named ingredients aren’t sold on my side of the Atlantic.
Ah, gotcha. Hamburger Helper is just noodles and the powdered stroganoff sauce in a box. Texas Pete is just pepper sauce. Substitute what you have locally.
Texas Pete isn’t a Pepper sauce it’s a hot sauce. There is a big difference in flavor

Pizza sauce is made with tomatoes and that doesn’t make it Tomato sauce
