    Does Putin choose to reinforce his CSTO ally (as Russia refused to do a few months ago)? Or does Putin choose to keep that manpower in Ukraine? Russia has a dilemma here, two bad options for them.

    Oh boy, I can’t wait to see the crushing sanctions against Azerbaijan, and ostracizing western companies who don’t leave Azerbaijan, and calls to deport Azeris and confiscate their property, and… What, we’re not doing that? Ah well, nevertheless…
