Mac users really struggle to understand the concept of local files without being shown
Of all the critiques of Mac users’ computer literacy I’ve seen this doesn’t even seem to me like it’d make the list.
To be clear I am not saying you are wrong or don’t know what you’re talking about or something. I am just genuinely surprised to see that and I’m curious what you mean. I assume I’m just unaware of the issue.
Most of the time it’s realising the difference between local and cloud storage. A lot of students get confused when trying to upload their first coursework - usually it’s solved by just showing them the difference between local files (this is stored in a permanent local place) and cloud storage (this is stored permanently somewhere else).

Interesting I would think that would be more tied to smart phone usage as opposed to specific operating systems but I guess that’s not the case
Maybe it’s to do with the number of mouse buttons.
I’m assuming this is a joke considering Apple dropped that mouse many years ago lol
