As we have pass our thousandth post and continue to grow, I’d felt like it would be a good idea to have more than one moderator for this community. You do not have to be on lemmy.world to apply.

For more explanation, they messaged me about this community looking for moderators, but I do not think it’s possible on Lemmy, or at least I haven’t found a way yet to appoint a moderator without going to a comment or post from that person on the community. I had them comment then, not as easy as saying boop and you get mod lol
If I become a mod, can I be super strict and delete all posts that don’t adhere to the template?
Does this community still need moderators?
