Hi everyone, I’m a hobbyist and I’d like to cut in a easier way than the circular saw.

Do you think that this parkside tool would be a good enough introduction or I’m better off not bothering and to continue with the circular saw?

Ah no, it was to size stuff easier than with the circular saw. But I’m worried that buying this it turns out to be a toy and later I’ll have to buy a DeWalt

Yeah I think that’s a fair concern. But if you’re just doing some sizing on it with soft woods and softer hardwoods, it should be fine. Personally I’d try to go with the DeWalt anyway if budget allows. It’s a solid saw, and gives you some room to grow, and had a track record of being reliable

DeWalt time is when this will pay for itself, right now since I didn’t hear anything about the parkside I’ll keep using the circular saw very slowly
