Right now the DEA is not going after state marijuana because of a memo issued during the Obama administration. That can be revoked at any time.
Legality and enforcement are different things.
When they want more slaves in their private prisons, they’ll come after legal weed consumers in legal states. Cause fuck your states rights.
They’ll have to start keeping federal prisoners in private prisons again first.
