I’ve been following Vaush for the past month or so, and have watched a few of his debates as well.
Overall, I find that I largely agree with him on issues like market socialism and on general liberalism (i.e. stuff like “the one good idea liberals have is individual rights”).
I feel he maybe overuses accusations of fascism, but I can’t really point to any particular case and stay no, it was wrong to identify this as fascist. I just might not be as willing as he is to accept that fascism is the second most widely held political ideology.
I also like that he’s willing to go back to first principles and defend his ideology while accepting that it’s a bit arbitrary, and he genuinely doesn’t come across to me as patronizing about it.
