I’m the lowest paid person here despite having huge responsibilities too. I’m looking for a new job, but it’s got to be WFH. I’m on a hybrid schedule now, one of the few reasons I’ve stuck with this job for so long, and I don’t want to work in an office at all anymore.
I’m really curious what you do where you are salaried with that low of a pay. Totally understand if you don’t want to share though.
