I just got my first job at the time, and the first thing I saved up for was a PS1 and Chrono Cross was the first game I purchased. I loved playing the SNES era of RPGs and was going nuts when I saw they were making a 2nd game. Sadly I don’t remember it being nearly as good, but I would love to replay it someday to see what I remember. Those games made me the gamer I am today and still love them, if I can ever find the time to play them.
