RIP chef Mike
Had a lot of coworkers that loved Chef Mike but I never care for the guy. Always told him to stay the hell away from my station.
The soups and sauces come in bags which are reheated in a steam table pan filled with water, then poured into a smaller steam table pan to be spooned out as needed.
All the dessert arrive pre-made and frozen and are heated to order.
I mean, a Sysco catalog will ruin many restaurants for you.

The weird thing is that many times people throw away microwaves simply because they’re dirty. Idiot just clean your fucking microwave.
