That’s incredible. How did they apply the pattern? Is it gold/copper wire set onto the crystal or is it carved into the crystal itself?

Good question, my guess is gold damascene which is basic what you’re describing. Make a groove in the material then hammer wire into it.
I’m currently playing Tears of the kingdom and I can see where the inspiration came from for that game
