Oh, yeah! I’d probably include plumbing and air conditioning to that. Have professionals do it. It doesn’t hurt if you read up on that kind of stuff (especially if it helps communicate your concerns better with the professionals), but I’d leave the actual tinkering to them.
I’d also include home improvement (carpentry, remodeling, etc), since even though I might be able to pull it off, I might be putting my house at risk of fire or collapse, or both!
I guess my rule of thumb there is if it involves risk of loss of life, limb, or property (all other than my own), have a professional do it.
