The version of NFT he did isn’t really bad imo. It’s not the algorithmically generated monkey pics or stolen art from artists to scam people out of money. People did buy into the NFT spiel that it’ll democratize the art world and get artists paid fairly for their art by giving them a percent of the value whenever their art gets resold instead of putting money in the pockets of the rich few who used art as a money laundering scheme. It then became exactly that in a different way.
