      Is it so? Didn’t knew there was an overall minimum time. Only that some actions can’t happen faster than 0.2 seconds (reaction time)

        This is true. The reason why people thought that sub 2s times were impossible was because with the 1.83s pitstop red bull had in interlagos 2019, we were already approaching limits as to how fast tyres could be changed. So adding around 0.2 seconds to that time it seemed sub 2s would no longer be possible. Red bull seemed to have found a way to improve anyway and hence the 1.9

      I think they repealed that regulation. I remember there was another time this year that someone had a sub-2s pit and it was fine.

      I just don’t know when the min-2s thing got removed.
