People are installing and uninstalling ad blockers in record high numbers as a result of YouTube's anti-ad blocking efforts.

Two things:

if you’re on Chrome, it won’t work at all. This needs to be on Firefox.

disable all other ad blockers. Everything. That includes the ad blocker baked into the YouTube enhancer extension.
