      Depends a bit on the mood, but I usually handgrind on a hario grinder. Then I filter on a white ceramic Hario V60.

      Right now, given that it’s 112° outside, cold brew. But usually at home I do a Kalita wave for myself, or a Chemex to share. I have an espresso machine at home and at work so if I’m feeling fancy, I’ll go for that.
