37yo with an older partner. Never desired kids, and if I ever do, I will be adopting because I don’t need to add my genes to the pool. I’m a teacher, so I raise a lot of kids 8am-3pm and that’s enough for me! People think I don’t like kids, but it’s kind of like goats - they are so cute! I love hanging out with them for a bi! No, I don’t want to take one home, thanks!

    hi there!

i am 27/nb, married for over 5 years to my partner (28). i got permanently sterilized last year and i love it. we aren’t well off by any means, but we’re comfortable enough, have a house, and have the time to do what we want without being tied down by a kid.

we are both in the field of IT, so hoping to work our way up and start making real money in a handful of years. we would like to move to a different country as well (currently we are in the US). we love the freedom of the DINK life!

Any advice on how to retire that early? It seems like were barely able to keep our heads above water some days.

I recently applied for a promotion at work that would bump up my pay by about 50%. Would be a game changer for me.
