Looks delicious, what’s the tofu meatballs recipe?
thanks - they are just cubes of extra firm tofu that I squeezed a little vinegar and salt over then coated in a whole wheat, paprika, salt, pepper and nutritional yeast coating and air fried them until they were chewy and the flour coating was browned and cooked. They are overall pretty neutral but soak up the sauce nicely, not really a meat ball more like a piece of air fried tofu I guess (I couldn’t think of anything to compare it to haha).
