This is the kind of stuff that pushed me over the edge and turned me into a full-time Linux user around 5 years ago.
I work with Windows as an admin, and I am worried that I would loose my skills in Windows if I switched to Linux, I am getting more and more annoyed with Windows pushing 11.

Aren’t Linux Admins in more demand because most of the world’s servers rely on it ? If that’s the case, then you could see it as a growth opportunity.
I actually worked as a Linux sysadmin at my past place of work, it was interesting, but my corrent place of work doesn’t run any Linux:
