Just don’t go Falling Down.
That is such a good and sad film.
Normalize turning on DND permanently.
Years ago, I read a great piece of advice (they were talking about a home landline, but the meaning still applies): “The telephone is there for your convenience, not the caller’s.”
Bingo.
I have people who I actually want to receive calls from on the “pass through” list, but when I just want to relax? Everyone else goes straight to voicemail.
I usually do that. Why not… Fuck everyone that expects me to change my life for them. Those aren’t friends.
Just throw someone else’s phone into the ocean. Then you get to experience the thrill without the consequences. I mean unless you get caught.
You children will never know the pleasure of slamming down the handset of an old rotary phone.
Maybe I’ll start them out on it at home. Get a landline and stuff.
Can relate to that :D
But why brain? Why?
Better than throwing it in the squeegie water at a gas station, like Kahn in King of the Hill.
