It is my typical pancake recipe - 1.5 cups flour, 1.5 cups soy milk, 2 tbsp flax meal, 6 tbsp water, 2 tbsp maple syrup (or molasses) .5 tsp baking soda, 1.5 tsp baking powder .25 tsp salt, 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar, 1 mashed banana. Mix wets, mix drys then mix together and cook on a griddle.
Blueberry sauce is a cup and half of frozen blueberries, 1 cup water, 1 tbsp sugar brought to a simmer then thickened with 1 tbsp cornstarch slurry
