Once you hear it, you can't unhear it. Pets like Aaron the husky and Phineas the cat have internet users in awe, questioning whether animals can have regional accents.

      Yeah, it’s down there. That dog definitely sounds Italian to me, but the cat just sounds like a cat. I guess I don’t know what a Scouse accent sounds like though.

        Scouse accents always sound like cats anyway.

        Edit, now I’ve heard it, I think they mean the rhythm and the intonation where it goes up a half tone at the end of the meow/sentence. I’m pretty sure domestic cats learn question intonation from humans anyway, though.
